Refund policy

THIS REFUND POLICY APPLIES TO PURCHASES FROM SWISSBIKY.COM AND SWISSBIKY.CH ONLY. 


Swissbiky.com/swissbiky.ch reserves the right to refuse any return or refund, in accordance with laws in Switzerland. We were hoping you loved your purchase but we understand things don't always work out. So, each return is considered on a case by case basis and we do not offer a permanent return and refund policy. You must first contact us at info@swissbiky.comItems sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After contact, if we agreed to a refund/return, please keep in mind that you must mail the product to us in Switzerland. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Defective or damaged item will not be refundedShipping costs are not included with refunds. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Again, each return is considered on a case by case basis and we do not offer a return and refund policy.

We understand things don't always work out but we want to keep it simple as a brand new very little shop.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact info@swissbiky.com with a photo and any information you can provide on the faulty product. Please not that we are not responsible of any damage/scratch due to normal wear and items need to be unused for any exchanges/refunds.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@swissbiky.com.

NOTES:
If you are sending the order back on your own please retain the tracking number. Swissbiky.com is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail and we can only issue a refund or exchange once we receive the returned order.
Please pack your returned order well in a similar container you received your order in. Please make sure it is sealed properly.
