Shipping policy

We try our best to ship your product quickly and at the lowest cost! But unfortunately, we have no control over international duties and we do not charge Taxes/VAT (see reasons bellow):
Please note customers are responsible for any import duties imposed. Swissbiky.com is in no way responsible for any additional import charges, VAT, duties or customs fees incurred on your shipment when the package arrives in your country. These fees vary by country, consult your local tax and customs authorities for details. If a delivery is refused by the customer for any reason without prior authorization from Swissbiky.com, a fee may be incurred for the return shipment and initial shipping costs will not be included with any subsequent request for a refund.

Our preferred shipping carrier is SwissPost international (Post.ch) for now. While we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, we ask our customers to allow up to three weeks for delivery even though an order may be delivered sooner. If after three weeks, you have not received your order, please contact our customer service team at info@swissbiky.com. Please note, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.


We offer Free Shipping on domestic orders €200 (~CHF 215.-) and over.
Free International Shipping on orders €400 and over.
Weight based International shipping on orders under €400.
We typically pack and ship packages as quickly as possible.

We do not offer Tracking for now because the shop just launched. Hope to add it soon.
